CEE Investment Awards were presented to the best companies from the region for their achievements in the field of commercial real estate during the 11th edition of the event. We are honored to have our tax and financial advisors recognized in the Tax & Financial Advisor category for another consecutive year.

It is also important to admit that the pandemic period has meant that both the advisors and the clients have had to operate in more difficult circumstances, in the shadow of many constraints and uncertainties. This does not mean, however, that clients have stopped transacting and their businesses have stopped operating, and advisory services are no longer needed.
“The restrictions caused by the pandemic have redefined many aspects of the real estate market, and investors have been even more careful about the decisions they make, and the analysis of the risks associated with a given transaction must be more extensive and even more meticulous. On top of that, there have been communication challenges and the announcement of numerous tax changes. We have focused on the latter in recent months when working with real estate clients. This is probably another reason why we were awarded in the EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Manufacturing Awards,” added Małgorzata Dankowska, Partner at TPA Poland in charge of the real estate team and Warsaw tax practice at TPA Poland.
Winners of the CEE Investment Awards 2022
EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards is one of the most important and valuable real estate events in Central and Eastern Europe. This year, the forum and awards gala were organized in a hybrid format, combining traditional face-to-face meetings at the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw with an online component (via the CEO Networking Platform).
This is a one of a kind event focusing on the investment market, with awards for top investors, investors/developers, bankers, projects and specialized service companies.
Nominations were submitted online, and an independent jury conducted the process of selecting nominations in each award category. Jury members are experienced real estate professionals and come from every commercial real estate sector in the region.
