József Szemerédi represents Austrian and German investors in Hungary since the change of the regime. He is a tax advisor since 1991, and an auditor since 1996.
He is also one of the co-founders of TPA in Hungary , managing director and partner and leader of the German Desk at the tax office in Budapest.
He is specialized in the representation of investors in the field of real estate, trade, production, and many others. His fields of expertise are the successful establishment of a company, company structuring, company takeover, real estate transactions and the representation during tax investigation. Furthermore he has consulting experience in the area of open and closed real estate investment funds in Hungary.
