About the new Blumental offices
The project brings modern quality of life into the area surrounded by municipal roads on the border of the Bratislava Old Town and historical suburb of Blumental which brought the development of the city little by little to its center.
The new office buildings have the LEED certificate and follow the latest energy-efficient rules for intelligent buildings with rain water usage, natural materials, intelligent heat and air systems. The whole business complex is barrier free.
Blumental office center can be reached easily with public transport but of course provides convenient parking for visitors and tenants.
