2nd Baker Tilly Europe Alliance Business Development Meeting in Vienna
The Baker Tilly Europe Alliance which comprises of the TPA Group, Baker Tilly in Germany and Baker Tilly International, is looking back at a successful first year, which has been characterised by expanded and intensified cross-border co-operation and sustained growth.
In order to continue this successful path and to advance this cross-border cooperation on the market, the 2nd Business Development Meeting of this year has just been held at 21 November 2017.
43 Participants, 15 Countries, 81 face-to-face conversations
Klaus Bauer-Mitterlehner, Managing Partner TPA Group CEE and International Contact Partner, was pleased to welcome 43 participants from 15 countries: Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia.
The meeting began with a joint dinner & Get-Together at the famous, traditional Viennese tavern “Augustinerkeller“ on the evening before the main event.
Wolfgang Richter, Managing Partner Baker Tilly in Germany, concluded the excellent meeting as follows: “We would like to thank all participants for their active participation and the open discussions and we are looking forward to the numerous potential business opportunities that have been identified here“.
Cross-border Business Development – Chances and Obstacles
The actual meeting kicked off with a wide variety of presentations and discussions on the topic “Cross-border Business Development – Chances and Obstacles“, but the subsequent Business Speed Dating Session turned out to be the real highlight of the day. In 100 minutes 81 (!) face-to-face conversations were held by the country representatives.
Baker Tilly & the TPA Group at the Expo Real 2018
Another important point was the introduction of and update on the Baker Tilly fair booth at Expo Real 2018. Expo Real is the most important real estate fair in Europe and it will take place from 8 – 10 October 2018 in Munich, Germany.
